Hi, my name is Kelly. I'm a freshman at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, although I will probably be transferring after this year. I hope New York is ready for me. Let's see...I love my pets (especially my mutt Lucy and my paint horse Kash). They're doing well at home, although Lucy's a little lonely an Kash is slightly neglected. Poor guy :( I have an amazing boyfriend named Kyle, and an even more amazing best friend. I don't know what I would do without them. I also love my new friends at St. Olaf, and many of my od friends in Iowa. Oh, which remind me, I should mention that I'm originally from Ohio (and therefore a diehard Ohio State football fan) and moved to Iowa when I was 12. I enjoyed my time in Iowa, but I was ready to move on, so, very logically, I moved further north. My accent now is pretty much amazing. I sound half North Carolinan (that's where my godparents are from) and half Minnesotan. Earlier this week, I actually said "Eh, all y'all Minnes-oh-tan folks don't know what you're missing...Grits are the shit!" Yeah, I pretty much sound ridiculous sometimes...But I'm done now.
